Our Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items. Your satisfaction is as important to us as proper tent pitching is to a stormy night’s sleep.

Expedition Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened fuel bottles, used camping stoves, and mosquito nets cannot be returned. All returned items must be in original condition with tags attached and packaging intact.

Refund Process
