  • Standard Expedition Shipping ($12.95) via DHL/FedEx: 10-15 days delivery after dispatch
  • Free Trailhead Shipping (orders over $50) via EMS: 15-25 days delivery after dispatch

International adventurers: Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may experience extended delivery times or restrictions—contact basecamp if unsure.

Return Timeline

Returns/exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of delivery. All items must be in original condition with tags attached—think “leave no trace” principles applied to packaging.

Basecamp Alert: Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened fuel bottles
  • Used camping stoves
  • Mosquito nets (once opened)
